TRAUMA INFORMED

Renovated Minds is passionate about providing quality mental health care, which is why we prioritize being trained and specialized in evidence-based practices. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a proven therapeutic method used when processing trauma. ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) also uses eye movement in combination with other therapeutic interventions like Gestalt, Psychodynamic Therapy and Guided Imagery to replace the negative images in the mind that cause the symptoms of Post-Traumatic Stress with positive images of the client’s choosing.
