Rachael Mann, MA, LMFT

COMING SOON!

Experience: For the past decade I have been dedicated to helping others navigate life’s challenges - from managing anxiety and depression, to healing from trauma and strengthening relationships. I aim to create a safe and compassionate space where clients can explore their struggles, gain clarity, and develop tools to heal and thrive. In our work, clients can expect more than just symptom relief. I help clients better understand themselves, strengthen relationships and reconnect with a sense of purpose and possibility. I offer a personalized, evidenced-based approach to therapy; using experience to blend techniques from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care and EMDR, and mindfulness to address clients’ unique needs. Whether it is coping with a past trauma, overwhelmed by stress, or facing difficulties in relationships, my goal is to support clients in gaining clarity, building inner strength, and moving towards the life they want.

Therapeutic Style: My therapeutic style is grounded in empathy, evidence-based techniques, humor and the balance between validation and change. I believe it is important to meet people where they are at with compassion, while encouraging them to step outside their comfort zone to work toward their goals.

Populations Served: Individual Adults (18+) and Couples

Areas of Focus: Anxiety, Coping Skills & Emotion Regulation, Depression, Life Transitions & Stress Management, Relationships, Trauma & PTSD

Models: I take a psycho-educational approach, blending different evidence-based treatments. I also address health holistically; focusing on the mind, body, and spirit. Additionally, as a Christian, I incorporate Biblical principles into sessions if a client is looking to bring their faith into therapy.
