Experience: For ten years, I have offered compassionate, trauma-informed therapy grounded in deep attunement, safety, and long-term healing. My approach is relational, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique experiences, with a strong focus on complex trauma, nervous system regulation, attachment, and emotional resilience. I believe healing happens through consistent, ethical support and creating a space where clients feel seen, understood, and empowered in their journey.
Therapeutic Style: My therapeutic approach integrates trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and evidence-based interventions tailored to each client’s needs. I utilize EMDR, DBT-informed strategies, play therapy/attachment techniques, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, parts work, and relational approaches to support healing from trauma, emotional distress, and relational wounds.
