Sessions last 50 minutes and can be scheduled weekly or bi-weekly depending on client needs. EMDR sessions often go longer, typically 60-75 minutes. Confidentiality is a priority and your privacy will be maintained, in accordance to HIPAA, in the storage of client information. Due to COVID-19, all sessions are currently offered via telehealth.
